ECCE – Early Childhood Care & Education

Kindergarten to Grade 2 | Ages 3–8 Years

Timings:
Nursery: 8.15am to 12.30pm
LKG and UKG: 8.15am to 2.30pm
G1 and G2: 8.15am to 3pm

Our ECCE curriculum is flexible, Theme based, NEP aligned, derived from NCERT, and Howard Gardner's multiple intelligence research. It is fundamentally based on the 'learn while you play' idea, creating a joyful, child-friendly environment that the children experience as 'Home to Study Home'.

Key Skills Developed:

  • Reading readiness and phonological awareness
  • Speaking readiness and early oral communication
  • Listening and comprehension skills
  • Writing readiness — pre-writing strokes, letter formation

Primary School at Radiant Shema School focuses on gradual cognitive development, leading students to explore core subjects while building critical thinking and reasoning skills. Learning at this stage is Theme based, NEP aligned, activity-based and experiential, matching each student's abilities and pace.
